Team fee 155 € (EUR) per team (2016- born and older teams)

Minimum 4 games. (Or 195 € (EUR) without transportation, ALSO possible to organize a three day tournament with minimum 5 games)

H2-Pass with bus transport Helsinki 255 € (EUR) / person Fri 26th to Sun 28th of March 2027.

Includes games, bus transportation Helsinki-Lahti-Helsinki, hotel accommodation (2-3persons/room, two nights), hotel restaurant breakfast, tournament meals. 

ALSO it is possible to have hotel accommodation for 3 or 4 nights with extra payment.

  • H2V-pass (for a coach / teamleader) 2-3 person room = 240 € (EUR) / person Fri 26th to Sun 28th of March 2027.

  • H2V1-pass (for a coach / teamleader) 1 person room = 255 € (EUR) / person Fri 26th to Sun 28th of March 2027.

Extra night 
When you come on Thursday 25th of March 2027 you need to stay one extra night. Extra night includes breakfast.

50 euro collateral will be collected upon accommodation (only school) from all teams and will be refunded if team has kept their room in order.

Cancellation Terms:

The team fee is non-refundable for cancellations made after January 31, 2027.

For cancellations made by February 19th, 2027 at the latest, competition pass fees will be fully refunded.

For cancellations made on or after February 20th, 2027, competition pass fees will only be refunded in cases of illness. In such cases, the refunds are as follows:

  • A competition passes: €75 each

  • C competition passes: €65 each

  • M2 competition passes: €50 each

  • Meal passes: €10 each

  • B competition pass: fully refunded

  • Coach/staff pass: €35 each

  • Hotel passes: €125 each (2-nights pass) / €65 each (1-night pass)

All cancellations must be submitted by email to: toimisto@lbj.fi

To process refunds, we require the following information:

  • Team and player name

  • Category/division the refund concerns

  • Type of competition pass (A, B, coach/staff, meal)

  • Name of the payment recipient and bank account number

Refunds will only be issued through/upon request by the team manager or designated contact person.

Note: If the tournament is canceled by the organizer, all paid team and pass fees will be refunded in full to participants.

If a team is forced to withdraw during the tournament, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

FORCE MAJORE

In the event that the tournament can’t be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the tournament organizers (force majore) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence or the tournament organizers, the tournament organizers cannot be held liable by the delegations for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, financial losses etc.

Under these circumstances, the tournament organizers will pay back the tournament fees to the teams fully. Kempower Easter Tournament is in no way responsible for injury or economic loss which may arise in the case of war, warlike events, civil war, revolution or civil disturbances or because of the actions of the authorities, strikes, lockouts, blockades or similar events.
