ALSO it is possible to have hotel accommodation for 3 or 4 nights with extra payment.
H2V-pass (for a coach / teamleader) = 235 € (EUR) / person Fri 3rd to Sun 5th of April 2026. 1-3 person room.

Extra night
When you come on Thursday 2nd of April 2026 you need to stay one extra night. Extra night includes breakfast.

50 euro collateral will be collected upon accommodation (only school) from all teams and will be refunded if team has kept their room in order.
If you don´t need bustransport from Helsinki to Lahti before and after the tournament, the prices are 40 euros cheaper per person.

FORCE MAJORE
In the event that the tournament can’t be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the tournament organizers (force majore) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence or the tournament organizers, the tournament organizers cannot be held liable by the delegations for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, financial losses etc.
Under these circumstances, the tournament organizers will pay back the tournament fees to the teams fully. Kempower Easter Tournament is in no way responsible for injury or economic loss which may arise in the case of war, warlike events, civil war, revolution or civil disturbances or because of the actions of the authorities, strikes, lockouts, blockades or similar events.
